Terms and Conditions
Welcome to our online course website. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.
Subscription and Payments
Our website offers monthly subscriptions to access our online courses, workbooks, and ADHD group coaching. All payments for subscriptions to our online courses are processed through a third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a course, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fee on a monthly basis.
Cancellation of subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription to an online course at any time by following the instructions in the user account settings, billing info menu on the Website. Cancelling your subscription will prevent any further charges to your payment method but will not entitle you to any refunds for previous subscription fees.
We know you’ll love the ADHD Academy, but if you decide it’s not for you, email us your details within 30 days of purchase to [email protected], and we’ll happily refund you. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Course for the remainder of your current billing period.
Code of Conduct for ADHD Academy Community and Group Coaching
-
Be Kind and Courteous
We're all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Let's treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required. In particular, we expect support towards everyone on their ADHD journey no-matter where they are at. - No Hate Speech or Bullying
Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated and your posts may be removed by admin.
Anything that could be considered sensitive for other subscribers will require a trigger warning; either verbal or written depending on the context. - No Promotions or Spam
Give more than you take to this community. Self-promotion, spam and irrelevant links aren't allowed. - Respect Everyone's Privacy
Being part of this community requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make communities great, but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the community should stay in the community.
